The Comptroller of Customs is pleased to announce that the Dominica Customs and Excise Division have fully implemented the ASYCUDA World program at the Deep Water harbor and Canefield airport, effective July 19th 2010. In this regard, Direct Trader Input (DTI) is in operation for all Imports and Export transactions. The Portsmouth and Melville Hall ports and Post offices will be implemented in the coming weeks. All concerned are asked to be prepared for this inevitability. We thank you for your support and usual cooperation as we continue to improve our services towards trade facilitation.

The basic requirement for connecting to the Customs Information System is a JAVA enabled computer with Internet access. Ofcourse more memory and a faster computer make access much easier and enjoyable. Any Browser can be used, such as Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer.
